Hoard runs a hosted MCP server for your own store. Connect it once and your assistant can read your live inventory, pricing, and sales — and, if you turn it on, propose price changes you approve before they go live.
This connects your OWN Hoard account. Looking to check a card or decklist price without an account? Use tcgmcp instead — free, no signup.
Sign in to Hoard and open Settings → Assistants (sign up first if you don't have a Hoard account yet). Copy your store's MCP connection link: https://mcp.tryhoard.com/mcp.
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste the link. In ChatGPT: turn on Developer mode, then Settings → Apps → Create, and paste the link. In Cursor or another MCP-capable client: add it as a remote MCP server pointing at the same URL.
Your assistant opens a Hoard OAuth login. Approve it once — that authorizes the connection to your account, not a shared password, and read access works immediately.
Try a real question, like "which of my cards should I reprice?" or "what sold yesterday?" Reads work the moment you connect. To let it also change prices, turn on write access in Settings → Assistants — every change still previews before it goes live on your next sync.
Claude and ChatGPT have documented, first-party connector flows — the steps above match Settings → Connectors in Claude and Developer mode → Settings → Apps in ChatGPT. Cursor and other MCP-capable clients use the same connection link, added as a remote MCP server; the exact menu path depends on the client, since Hoard MCP uses a standard OAuth 2.1 flow rather than a client-specific integration.
Every connector method reaches the same MCP server: https://mcp.tryhoard.com/mcp, authenticated via OAuth 2.1. Full read/write capability list and setup detail: docs.tryhoard.com/agent-setup and docs.tryhoard.com/agent-capabilities.
