Regulars, loyals, and VIPs

Buyers get assigned a tier based on order history. New, Regular, Loyal, VIP. Happens automatically as they order more.

Filter by tier to see just your VIPs, or just first-time buyers. Good for understanding who keeps coming back.

  • Regular multiple orders, building a pattern
  • Loyal consistent buyer with a high order count
  • VIP top-tier repeat customer, highest revenue
Notes

Add notes to any customer

Stick a note on any buyer. Maybe they want extra padding, or they're a shop owner who orders bulk. Shows up right in the list.

Small thing, but it matters when you're packing orders. Quick reminder to throw in a thank-you card for a VIP or double-check condition for a picky buyer.
