Hoard pushes your Tracked and Expedited TCGplayer orders into ShippingEasy or PirateShip, with an estimated package weight already on each one. Buy and print labels the way you always have. Tracking finds its way back to TCGplayer on its own.
Start a session in Pull Sessions like normal. Tracked and Expedited orders sort into their own row per game.
One click sends the tracked orders in a game's row to ShippingEasy, or click Push all Tracked to ShippingEasy to send every game at once.
Buy and print the label in ShippingEasy or PirateShip, exactly as you do today. Hoard doesn't touch that step. For the full ShippingEasy setup and day-to-day flow, see the ShippingEasy for TCGplayer sellers guide, or the step-by-step tutorial.
Hoard checks ShippingEasy every 10 minutes and picks up the tracking number and carrier once a label is bought. Turn on the Auto-ship on TCGplayer toggle and Hoard uploads it to TCGplayer, which flips the order to shipped. The toggle is off until you turn it on; with it off, tracking still reaches Hoard and you upload it yourself with a one-click CSV.
The Orders tab has one Labels control for both providers. ShippingEasy pushes go out in Visual Pull order, so your printed label stack lines up with your pull slips.
| Platform | How Hoard connects | What gets automated |
|---|---|---|
| ShippingEasy | API, using your own credentials in a dedicated ShippingEasy API store | Order push, package weight, tracking capture every 10 minutes, tracking upload to TCGplayer through the Auto-ship on TCGplayer toggle, refund handling, and a needs-fix list |
| PirateShip | CSV export from the Orders tab; PirateShip has no API, so bulk CSV upload is its supported path | A ready-to-import CSV with address, mail class, weight, and order value. See why sellers use PirateShip for tracked orders. |
| TCGplayer | Tracking file download, or the automatic tracking upload from the ShippingEasy loop | Orders flip to shipped once tracking lands |
Only Tracked and Expedited orders are pushed or exported. Plain white envelope (PWE) orders are skipped and ship with a stamp. Orders without a shipping address are held, and orders already shipped, already carrying tracking, or fully refunded are left alone.
PirateShip's CSV covers US addresses only. Orders with a non-US ZIP format are skipped and counted.
Hoard estimates a package weight from the card count and sends it with the order, so you don't type one in before buying a label. The weights are the USPS Ground Advantage rate steps, so postage is the same anywhere inside a step. You can still change the weight in ShippingEasy or PirateShip before buying the label.
| Cards in the order | Weight |
|---|---|
| Under 20 | 4 oz |
| 20 to 39 | 8 oz |
| 40 to 79 | 12 oz |
| 80 to 200, or any order of $1,000 or more | 15.9 oz |
| Over 200, or any sealed product or accessory line | None. Weigh it and enter the weight yourself. |
The PirateShip CSV's Weight (oz) column is blank in the same cases the table shows as none.
The card count Hoard sends is the copies that still ship, not the original order quantity. An order with 10 of 20 copies refunded arrives in ShippingEasy as 10 cards at 4 oz, and the refunded line is left off the item list.
A fully refunded order is not pushed. If it was pushed before a label was bought, Hoard cancels it in ShippingEasy. It's also left out of the PirateShip export, and the export toast reports how many orders it excluded for that reason. A refund that lands after the push does not change the weight already sitting in ShippingEasy. See Refunds for how Hoard tracks the refund itself, separately from the shipping side.
Hoard does not buy postage or print labels. That step stays in ShippingEasy or PirateShip, the same as before you connected either one.
Plain white envelope orders ship without a label at all, so they're never part of the push or export. Use the existing Mark as Shipped bulk action on the Orders tab once they're packed.
Orders over 200 cards, and any order with sealed product or accessories, get no estimated weight. Weigh those once they're packed and enter the weight in ShippingEasy or PirateShip.
No. Hoard pushes the order data and package weight, and pulls tracking back out. Buying and printing the label happens in ShippingEasy or PirateShip.
Yes, a ShippingEasy store using the ShippingEasy API store type. Any existing stores you have connected to eBay or another marketplace are untouched.
About 10 minutes. Hoard checks ShippingEasy on that schedule, so tracking usually lands on TCGplayer within that window of buying the label.
Only Tracked and Expedited orders are pushed or exported. Plain white envelope orders are always skipped, since they ship without a label.
Hoard bases the estimate on how many cards are left to ship after refunds, using the USPS Ground Advantage rate steps. You can change the weight on any order in ShippingEasy or PirateShip before buying the label.
Orders over 200 cards, and orders with sealed product or accessories, get no estimated weight. Weigh those once they're packed.
A full refund before a label is bought means the order isn't pushed, or gets cancelled in ShippingEasy if it was already pushed. A refund that lands after you've already bought the label doesn't change the weight sitting in ShippingEasy.
Yes. The Labels control on the Orders tab offers both, so you can push some orders to ShippingEasy and export others to PirateShip.
It depends on the tool. ShippingEasy pushes any address on the order, but PirateShip's CSV export covers US addresses only; orders with a non-US ZIP format are skipped from that export and counted separately.
No. ShipStation is not a Hoard integration. Hoard connects to ShippingEasy and PirateShip; see the shipping label tools comparison for where ShipStation and other tools fit for TCGplayer sellers.
Connect ShippingEasy or export straight to PirateShip, and let tracking find its way back to TCGplayer on its own.
