Per-card or per-listing fees
Whether you sync a hundred cards or a hundred thousand, the price tag doesn't move inside your tier. Scale up without watching the meter.

Setup or onboarding fees
Install the desktop agent, sign in, and point Hoard at your store. The whole thing takes about ten minutes, and there's no consultant on the other end you're paying by the hour.

Pricing questions

What's the founder pricing, exactly?
Half off, for as long as you stay a customer. Lock the rate in once and your bill stays at the founder price even when we eventually raise public pricing. The only catch is that the founding seats are limited, and the window closes when they fill up.
How do I test it before committing?
Get on the list. We let sellers in one wave at a time, and the first thing the agent does on day one is a full diagnostic on your real store — money on the table, refund trends, mispriced cards. If the number's worth chasing, you keep going. If not, cancel before the trial ends and you've spent nothing.
What if I outgrow my plan mid-month?
Upgrade and we prorate. Downgrade and we credit. Hoard never auto-bumps you up to a higher tier without you choosing it.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. We're a flat-rate tool, not a marketplace. Your sales are between you and your buyer.
What if I leave?
Your data leaves with you. You can export your full history — orders, customers, pricing rules, sync logs — on the way out. There's no extraction fee, no waiting period, no last-minute negotiation. The numbers were always yours.
What support comes with each plan?
Standard and Pro use the docs, the changelog, and the community. Reserve adds direct human support during business hours. Vault has a dedicated channel and a line straight to the founder.
Refund policy?
Self-serve and relaxed. Account → Billing → Cancel and request refund. We refund the affected period automatically — no email back-and-forth.
Is there a free tier?
The trial is free. No card required to get on the list. When you're in, the first diagnostic the agent runs on your real store costs nothing — keep going if it's worth it, cancel before the trial ends if not. There's no recurring free plan; the agent runs on paid tiers. Cancel anytime, prorated to the day.
What are Spot Checks?

Will Hoard replace what I already use, or sit alongside it?

How do I know if I need Vault?
