TCGplayer has no button that hands an order to ShippingEasy. This page covers that gap, the loop Hoard closes on both ends of it, and what still needs a person: buying postage, printing the label, and packing the box.
TCGplayer's seller portal has no ShippingEasy connection built in. A seller who wants an order sitting inside ShippingEasy has to enter it by hand, or export TCGplayer's shipping CSV and work out an import on their own. Either way, once postage is bought, the tracking number still has to go back onto the TCGplayer order by hand, because the two systems don't talk to each other on their own. Hoard's ShippingEasy integration removes both manual steps: the push in, and the tracking upload back out.
Once ShippingEasy is connected in Settings → Integrations, six things happen without opening TCGplayer directly.
Hoard estimates the weight from how many cards are left to ship after refunds, so it doesn't depend on the seller typing one in first.
| Cards in the order | Weight sent |
|---|---|
| Under 20 | 4 oz |
| 20 to 39 | 8 oz |
| 40 to 79 | 12 oz |
| 80 to 200, or any order of $1,000 or more | 15.9 oz |
| Over 200, or any sealed product or accessory line | None. Weigh it yourself |
The bands match USPS Ground Advantage's own rate steps, so postage is the same for any package inside a step. A seller can still change the weight on an individual order in ShippingEasy before buying its label. Refunded copies drop out of the card count and the order automatically, so an order with 10 of 20 copies refunded arrives in ShippingEasy as 10 cards at 4 oz. A refund that lands after the order has already been pushed doesn't change the weight already sitting in ShippingEasy.
Hoard doesn't buy postage or print labels. That step stays in ShippingEasy, same as before the integration existed. Plain white envelope (PWE) orders skip the push entirely, since they ship with a stamp and no label; the Mark as Shipped bulk action on the Orders tab covers those once they're packed. An order over 200 cards, or one carrying sealed product or an accessory line, arrives in ShippingEasy with no weight at all, so it still needs to be weighed and entered by hand before the label is bought.
Connecting takes a dedicated ShippingEasy store and three credentials. In ShippingEasy, copy the API Key and API Secret from Account Settings → API Credentials, then create a new store using the ShippingEasy API store type and copy that store's Store API Key. That new store doesn't touch any store already connected to eBay or another marketplace. It's just the address Hoard pushes tracked orders into. Paste all three values into the ShippingEasy card in Settings → Integrations and save; the key and secret are encrypted and never shown again. The full walkthrough, including screenshots of each step, is at docs.tryhoard.com/connect-shippingeasy.
This is built for a seller who already ships tracked TCGplayer orders through ShippingEasy and wants the order entry and the tracking upload to stop being manual steps. A seller who ships everything as a plain envelope has nothing here for the integration to push, since PWE orders are skipped. A seller who would rather work from a CSV than connect an API can use the PirateShip export from the same Labels control instead. The two options sit side by side on the Orders tab, and nothing about using one rules out the other. Hoard's shipping automation covers what both paths handle.
Yes. Hoard pushes into a ShippingEasy store created with the ShippingEasy API store type, not one of your existing eBay or other marketplace stores. Any store you already have connected keeps working exactly as it does today.
No. Hoard pushes the order and its estimated weight into ShippingEasy. Buying postage and printing the label still happens there, the same as before you connected it.
About 10 minutes, once the Auto-ship on TCGplayer toggle is on. Hoard checks ShippingEasy on that schedule and uploads the tracking number it finds, which flips the order to shipped. The toggle is off until you turn it on; with it off, tracking still reaches Hoard and you upload it yourself with a one-click CSV.
Tracked and Expedited orders get pushed. Plain white envelope orders are skipped every time, since they ship with a stamp and no label. Use the Mark as Shipped bulk action on the Orders tab for those instead.
Hoard estimates the package weight from how many cards are left to ship after refunds, using the weight table above. You can still change the weight on any order inside ShippingEasy before you buy its label.
A full refund before the label is bought cancels the order in ShippingEasy automatically. A full refund after the label is bought puts the order on the needs-fix list so you can void that label yourself. A partial refund doesn't stop the order. It still ships, with the refunded copies dropped from the count and the weight.
Yes. Hoard pushes orders into ShippingEasy in the same top-to-bottom order they appear in Visual Pull, so the printed label stack should line up with the pull slips. If your printer feeds the stack in reverse, flip the Reverse label print order toggle on the ShippingEasy card in Settings → Integrations.
Yes. The Orders tab's Labels control offers both: push tracked orders to ShippingEasy, or use the PirateShip CSV export for a batch you'd rather import as a CSV.
Connect ShippingEasy once and Hoard pushes your tracked orders in, then brings the tracking number back as soon as you buy a label.
