See which employee added which cards

With employee logins, Hoard records who scanned or added each card. You see it as cards per person, as a history on each card, and as a name in the sync feed.

Why owners want an intake record

An intake record tells you who your fastest scanner is, who keeps picking the wrong printing, and who added a buy you want to check before it is listed. Without one, you ask around. With one, you open the card.

What Hoard records

Each person needs their own login. Employee logins are included on Diamond and Vault with no per-seat fee. See pricing and how to invite an employee.

Where you see it

Where What it shows
Team volume report (Settings, Team, Volume) Columns Member, Cards added, Sessions, and Cards/day, for the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Scan undo subtracts cards.
Card detail, "Hoard intake history" Rows such as "Scan addition by Sam" or "Manual addition by Sam", with "Committed by" when someone else committed the import, and links to inspect the scan.
Sync feed Quick Add batches with "by" and the person's name.

Only the owner sees the full report and the card history. A staff member sees only their own volume, under "Your volume." Your own adds show as "Owner," and a removed employee shows as "Former staff."

What it does not show

Pulls

The pull sheet asks "Who's pulling?" and records the puller when someone taps Mark done. The Pull times report, opened from Pull times on Sales, then Pulls, covers 7, 30, or 90 days. Pullers by game shows each person next to the store average for the same game and type. Tap a name to see how that person's pace changes week to week. The Team volume Pulls table lists orders, cards, and average time per order. If the store averages 14 seconds per card on One Piece PWE and one puller averages 25, start your coaching with them. This is an example, not customer data. Timing is per game queue, not per order, and pulls from before this release have no puller.

Common questions

How do I track employee inventory intake in Hoard?

Give each employee their own login, then open Settings, Team, Volume for cards added per person over 7, 30, or 90 days.

How do I see who added a specific card?

Open the card's detail panel and expand Hoard intake history. Rows read like "Scan addition by Sam" and name the person who committed the import when it was someone else. Only the owner can see this.

Can staff see each other's work?

No. A staff member sees only their own volume and the imports they started. The owner sees everyone.

Does the Team volume report measure hours worked?

No. Sessions are processing batches with a commit, not shifts. Use cards per day to compare intake pace, not time on the clock.

Why does an import say Owner / machine import?

It means no staff member is attached to that import, for example one started from the owner login, so Hoard has no employee to credit. Imports started from a staff login are credited to that person.
