Yes, on TCGplayer Pro: the store owner adds users and gives each one a role. Without Pro, TCGplayer's seller agreement limits password sharing, so give each employee their own login wherever you can.
TCGplayer Pro sellers can add users in the Seller Portal under the Pro Settings tab. Only the store account owner can open that tab by default.
TCGplayer's Marketplace Seller Agreement says you may not share your password except with authorized employees, and only for a retail business or a Pro account with user roles.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Everyone uses the owner's password | Every listing change and shipment looks like it came from you, and you cannot tell who did what. |
| An employee leaves | You change the password for everyone, or you accept that the former employee still has it. |
| An employee has full access | They can reach settings and payouts, not only the tabs their job needs. |
| You are not on Pro | The agreement's exception for password sharing covers only retail businesses and Pro accounts with user roles. |
TCGplayer's Terms of Service make the account holder responsible for activity under the account or password, so an employee's mistake lands on you.
Hoard gives each employee their own Hoard login. The employee does not use your TCGplayer password. Employee logins are included on Diamond ($299/mo) and Vault with no per-seat price. See plans.
Uploads to TCGplayer run through the Hoard Desktop agent, which uses the TCGplayer session you signed in to. The agent does not store your TCGplayer password. Staff publish from Hoard, so they never type the TCGplayer password.
You can see who added what. The team volume report counts cards added per person over 7, 30, or 90 days, and a card's intake history shows who scanned or added it. Hoard does not record which person caused a refund or a mis-pick. One Hoard account is one store; a person who works at several stores can belong to each and use "Switch store".
Pullers need no login at all. The sheet asks "Who's pulling?" and the Pull times report shows each person's time per order. A pull sheet shows card images on a phone or tablet from a QR code. In one store's results, a five-person back-of-house team handled 40% more orders in two months.

Yes, with TCGplayer Pro. The owner adds each user in the Seller Portal and assigns a role that limits what they can open.
Only with authorized employees, and only for a retail business or a Pro account with user roles, per the Marketplace Seller Agreement.
No. Each employee signs in to Hoard with their own login and works in Hoard. The Hoard Desktop agent handles uploads through the TCGplayer session you signed in to.
Staff cannot reach pricing, settings, billing, orders, or the dashboard. They can scan, add, shelve, publish their own stock, and run pulls.
Disable them in Settings, Team. They are signed out on their next request, and you can enable them again later.
