TCGplayer Store Your Products (SYP): requirements, pull sheets, and payout timing

Store Your Products (SYP) lets TCGplayer store your cards and fulfill orders from that stock. Check eligibility, match the inventory you want to send, and obtain shipment approval before handing over physical stock.

By Christopher Neale, Founder at Hoard Updated Sep 11, 2026

SYP changes where your inventory sits and who handles fulfillment. Before enrolling, decide which cards you can release from your own shelves and how you will reconcile stock held elsewhere. Keep the warehouse shipment separate from your ordinary customer-order picking routine.

Who can apply for SYP?

TCGplayer lists Level 4 status, 99.5% feedback over the past 30 days, and about 500 Direct-eligible cards as SYP application criteria. Its SYP page does not state that applicants must first meet the separate 3,000-product Direct threshold. Confirm enrollment with TCGplayer; compare base Direct requirements separately.

The minimum shipment

The published shipment minimum is $2,000 in value or 1,000 cards. Plan each replenishment batch against that minimum.

The Pull Sheet is the whole process

TCGplayer updates the SYP Pull Sheet on Mondays. Upload a compatible inventory CSV to produce a match list of eligible products and maximum quantities, then submit your shipment CSV for approval. Wait for shipping instructions before sending the box.

All shipment contents must match the current Pull Sheet. Listings with Photos are not accepted by the matching tool. TCGplayer can restrict or reject shipments, and unapproved shipments may be returned.

Schedule time to compare stock, check condition, and pack the approved quantities in the requested order. Hoard’s Pull Sessions supports picking customer orders; it does not replace TCGplayer’s SYP match list or shipment approval. For your store’s order-picking process, see the fulfillment guide.

When do SYP orders become payable?

TCGplayer says SYP orders become automatically payable four days after the order. That is a payable date, not a promise that funds arrive in your bank that day. Include transfer timing when planning the next inventory purchase.

SYP is one piece of the wider Direct fee picture. If you haven't already worked through what Direct itself costs and who it's for, the fee stack overview is the place to start before deciding whether SYP is worth layering on top.
