TCGplayer seller levels set the inventory limits and program access for your account. Level 4 requires 51 orders that have reached their expected delivery date and at least 90% feedback; it removes listing caps and unlocks pricing CSV tools. Making 51 sales alone does not satisfy the delivery-date requirement.
Individual copies count toward the item limit. The order thresholds below refer to orders that have reached their Expected Delivery Date, not orders you have just received or marked shipped.
| Level | Orders reaching expected delivery date | Feedback | Item limit | Total listed value | Single-item limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Starting level | — | 100 | $1,000 | $500 |
| 2 | 2 | 80% or better | 500 | $5,000 | $1,000 |
| 3 | 11 | 85% or better | 50,000 | $100,000 | $20,000 |
| 4 | 51 | 90% or better | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Both the item count and dollar caps matter. At Level 1, twenty copies priced at $50 each already use the $1,000 total value limit. One item priced above $500 exceeds the single-item limit even if the account has room elsewhere.
Check how many orders have reached their expected delivery date, then check your feedback percentage. Recent sales may not qualify yet. A seller with enough qualifying orders still needs to meet the feedback threshold.
There is no fixed number of calendar days to Level 4. Sales pace and delivery dates both affect the timeline. Follow TCGplayer's guidance on reaching Level 4, keep listings accurate, ship promptly, and resolve buyer problems.
Before increasing listing volume, make sure you can find and ship every listed copy. Read about preventing overselling and choosing PWE or tracked shipping.
Level 4 removes the limits in the table and unlocks pricing CSV import and export. For your first large price change, use the bulk price update guide.
Level 4 is also a prerequisite for Direct and Store Your Products; it does not guarantee admission. Check the separate Direct eligibility requirements.
Seller level and seller program are different decisions. Level 4 does not itself enroll you in Pro or lower your fees. Compare TCGplayer's fee structure and whether Pro fits your store separately.

You need 51 orders that have reached their Expected Delivery Date and feedback of at least 90%. Orders that have only just sold or shipped do not satisfy the delivery-date requirement.
Level 1 allows 100 items and $1,000 total listed value; Level 2 allows 500 and $5,000; Level 3 allows 50,000 and $100,000. Level 4 removes those limits. Levels 1–3 also have single-item caps.
There is no fixed calendar timeline. You need enough sales, qualifying orders that have reached their expected delivery dates, and the required feedback percentage.
No. Seller level is separate from program enrollment. Direct has additional eligibility requirements, and Pro is a separate seller program.
